Nero erscheint hier im dritten oder vierten Bildnistypus (Typ Nero Thermenmuseum oder Typ Nero München-Worcester), im Gebrauch ab 59 n. Chr. Die Zuweisung des weiblichen Porträtkopfes ist unklar, gerade mit Blick auf die Münzprägung von Perinth (Vs. mit Octavia und Poppaea), oder auch von Ephesos (Statilia Messalina): Jodin (1999) vermutet unter Vorbehalt Poppaea.
