FORVM ANTIKE

We are delighted to have been invited to the series of ancient studies events at the University of Vienna.

The "Forschungsschwerpunkt Kulturen des euromediterranen Raums und Altertumswissenschaften" at the University of Vienna has been organizing a lecture series for over 10 years. It is organized by the Institute of Ancient History, the Institute of Numismatics and Monetary History and the Institute of Byzantine and Neo-Greek Studies. This semester, Ulrike Peter from the Corpus Nummorum will also give a lecture and present recent developments of the CN portal using  a controversy over the iconographic interpretation of a coin type as an example.
