The map is finally there!

Thanks to our IT expert, Claus Franke, a map, which displays the mints, hoards and findspots, is now added to the portal’s menu.

Clicking on a point will not only show you the information about the specific mint or the hoard (e. g. with the link to the online edition of IGCH) but also display the coins that are pertinent to the selection. The modern map can also be converted into the map of the "Imperium Romanum" so that the ancient geographical names appear accordingly. Try the new functionalities! We look forward to your feedback. Further tools and improvements will follow shortly.
