Digital Classicist Seminar Berlin

In the winter term 2024/25 the seminar series organized by the “Zentrum Grundlagenforschung Alte Welt” at the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities, in cooperation with the “Berliner Antike-Kolleg” has the theme "Make data visible!". You are cordially invited to submit your contributions.

The seminar focuses on the innovative application of modern digital methods that address resources and techniques in various areas of ancient studies. We particularly welcome proposals that demonstrate how these technologies can be used to answer both disciplinary and cross-cutting questions.
The seminars will take place fortnightly on Tuesdays from 16:15 to 17:45 CET, from October 2024 to February 2025 in a hybrid format.
