CfP: RaLATh

The 6th International RaLATh Conference, titled "Town and Country in Roman and Late Antique Thrace," will be held from October 10-13, 2024, in Abdera, Greece.

The Greek Ministry of Culture and the Ephorates of Antiquities of Xanthe, Rhodope, and Hebros, in partnership with the National Archaeological Institute with Museum at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Istanbul University, have the pleasure of inviting you to the 6th International Conference on Roman and Late Antique Thrace (RaLATh).
The conference theme focuses on urban and rural organization, space and infrastructures, private and public space, landscapes of Thrace, the development of settlement patterns, changes in rural occupation, and everyday life issues in both town and country.
Papers should be presented in English, German, or French. Their duration should not exceed 20 minutes. The deadline for submission of abstracts (approximately 300 words) is June 15th, 2024.
Posters should be presented in English, German, or French (size A1: 594 × 841 mm). Authors will be responsible for preparing and presenting their printed poster, with a maximum presentation time of 5 minutes. An abstract of 200 words is required and should be submitted by June 15th, 2024.
