Congratulations to our Bulgarian colleagues
Prof. Dr. Dr. sc. Dilyana Boteva-Bojanova and her former student and now a colleague, Dr. Lily Grozdanova, were awarded the Grand Prize of the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". The entire CN-team congratulates warmly them on this occasion.
For decades, we closely cooperate with our Bulgarian colleagues, having carried out a number of joint projects. Currently, the CN team is involved in the projects „Measuring Ancient Thrace“ and "Ancient Coins Counterfeits Scientific Network”. Naturally, we are extremely happy that Dilyana Boteva and Lily Grozdanova became laureates of the Grand Prize of the Sofia University as a recognition of their contribution to national and international research. The award also recognizes their outstanding teaching and outreach. It is especially pleasant that scholars who have a strong focus on ancient numismatics were honoured.
